DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Art prints are shipped from the UK, I aim to despatch orders within 3 working days.
All UK orders for prints are delivered FREE and sent Royal Mail 1st Class delivery and usually arrive the day after posting. All overseas orders are sent Royal Mail International Standard which aims to deliver in 5-10 working days after posting. Busy periods such as Christmas may take longer.
Please be aware International buyers may incur duty or taxes at customs. Any costs relating to this are the responsibility of the buyer.
Original art on canvas will incur an additional shipping charge depending on size and location. Please ask. Collection is available from Hertford UK.
Surface Design products are supplied by RedBubble, some are from the UK and some are from the USA, so delivery times vary but can take 2 weeks. All queries on delivery or returns on those should be addressed to RedBubble who fulfil the orders. I understand they are excellent for customer satisfaction.
RETURNS ON ART PRINTS
I gladly accept returns and exchanges on all art prints. Just contact me within 14 days of delivery. Post items back to me within 30 days of delivery. The buyer will be responsible for the return postage costs.
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. I will be happy to refund you through Paypal if your item is returned in perfect condition.
